Refund policy

How to request a refund, exchange, replacement part, or other customer service:

Warranty: Exchanges and replacement of broken parts

We offer a 6 month warranty on defects and breakage of Snake & Pig swimming goggles.  The warranty excludes wear & tear/scratches to the anti-fog coating or lenses. 
Defective or damaged items or parts will be replaced with an identical new item if the issue is reported within the 6 month warranty period. Please note that the warranty excludes damage to the anti-fog coating or scratches of the lenses.

If an exchange is agreed to, we will provide you with a shipping label to return your item. You will receive a tracking number when your new item has been shipped to you.

Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied with a product or it doesn't work for you, you may return it for a full or partial refund within 60 days of your purchase. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Exchanges are permitted within 6 months of your order date. Please note that any shipping charges on your original purchase are not refundable.

Return shipping is free on orders of $25 or more - we will send you a return label.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must contain all parts as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Test-swam items are eligible for full refunds.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
(1) If any item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or (2) if any item has been extensively used. 

We will process your refund after receiving the returned item. We will notify you if any items are missing in the returned package.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 business days.

Additional details

Late or missing refunds

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
